Before you begin to fill out the request a quote form, we want to make sure we can save you time and money by informing you about essential information and how to appropriately fill out the form.

First off, Welcome and thank you for your consideration!

When filling out the request a quote form, please review our services and select all services that are you believe apply to the success of your project.

For the project description area, the information that is provided will only assist us in providing the most accurate estimate for you project. So be descriptive and provide in detail as much information about your project as possible.

Special Project Notes and Comments should include information such as specific technology to be used such as ASP.NET instead of PHP for web application development. We ask for any special notes and considerations because this can reflect on the estimate that we initially provide you.

People always say you should never ask for a client's budget before providing them an initial estimate. We believe that it should be asked because if your project budget is less then what our initial estimate is we will be able to provide you with an alternative estimate and proposal that is within your budget range.

Once again, let us re-iterate that providing the most accurate and detailed information as possible when requesting a quote allows us to provide you with the most accurate estimate.

Our estimates are based on the amount of time we believe all phases of your project will need to be successful at a $95/hour rate. Please note, our estimates are within competitive range of other businesses that provide such services and such high quality.
